
The Pininfarina Battista is a car manufactured by Italian automobile company Automobili Pininfarina. It is named after its founder Battista Farina.
It is said to be the world’s first pure electric luxury hypercar GT model. It is awaited to be launched in the year 2020.
It is the most powerful car ever designed and built in Italy. The structural design includes full-carbon fibre monocoque with carbon fibre body panels along with aluminum crash structure front and rear.
The brake type includes carbon-ceramic 6-piston front and rear, 390 mm front/ 390 mm rear. The T-shaped battery comes with an energy of 120 kWh with DC fast charging capability.
The estimated power and torque will be of 1,900 hp and 2,300 Nm, providing acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in less than two seconds which is faster than a current Formula 1 car, i.e. 300 km/h in less than 12 seconds and the ability to achieve a top speed of up to 350 km/h.
Its front had an LED light strip which is visually divided into two reflecting the car’s rear wing graphic and unifying the overall design. Its price is estimated at $2 million (13.95 crores approximately).
