
Hyundai already has some amazing cars on sale and in the past few years, all their new launches have done really well. The manufacturer is now aiming for a bigger piece of the sales cake. And to fulfil this dream Hyundai has planned a number of new car launches in the coming two years. The manufacturer has plans of launching an entry-level SUV to compete with the EcoSport and the Vitara Brezza. It will also launch a new variant of the Verna. We are also expecting a new version of the Santro.

Hyundai Elite i20 Facelift
The Elite i20 is one of the most successful models from Hyundai Motor India Ltd. The company is now working on a facelift of its premium hatchback to make the upper-B segment hatchback more appealing. It is expected to launch in May, this year.

All-New Hyundai Santro
Yes, the Hyundai Santro can make a comeback. And it is expected to launch in the second half of this year. The new Santro will be competing against the Maruti Alto K10, the Maruti WagonR and the Chevrolet Beat. It is expected to price approximately Rs. 4 lakh.

Hyundai Carlino Compact SUV
This is the third entry in the list of Upcoming Hyundai Cars in India. Compact SUV segment is one segment where Hyundai has been lagging behind. However, now in order to rival with the likes of Maruti Vitara Brezza and Ford EcoSport, Hyundai will be launching a compact SUV. The Carlino Sub- 4 meter Compact SUV will be launched by the end of this year.

Hyundai Compact MPV
This is another upcoming Hyundai car this year. The new MPV will rival primarily with the Maruti Ertiga and the Honda Mobilio. It is expected to be launched by a mid-this year or early 2018 and will share engine options with the current Verna.

New Hyundai Verna
The sales of Hyundai Verna got affected after the launch of Honda City and Maruti Ciaz. The Verna, got a facelift last year and still it failed to perform on the sales chart and therefore, Hyundai has started working on the new-generation. Verna is expected to be launched in late this year. The new Hyundai Verna has got a new look, updated interior, more powerful engine and many more new features. The new Hyundai Verna could also get a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, 120 BHP turbo petrol engine that will also power the Carlino compact SUV.

Hyundai Xcent facelift
Along with the launch of the Grand i10 facelift, Hyundai will also make similar updates on the Xcent. The compact sedan is expected to have same front end and the interiors as the hatchback. The front bumper and the grille will be updated. We could also see some updates in the rear in the form of a new bumper.

Hyundai Sonata Hybrid
The Sonata is also making a comeback. Hyundai showcased the Sonata hybrid at the Auto Expo. And now Hyundai is planning to launch the all-new Sonata PHEV in Indian car market. The Sonata is already a renowned name in the Indian market, which will benefit Hyundai. The new Sonata is inspired from the Genesis and is loaded with many best-in class features. Powering it is a 2.0-litre “Nu” GDI 4-cylinder engine that come coupled to a 38 kW electric motor.

New Hyundai Santa Fe Facelift

Hyundai has been working on a refreshed Eon that is expected to launch around festive season this year.
