
MG motors, also known as Morris Garage a UK based carmaker known for owning Vintage cars in India is now ready to launch its new model Hector in India by June 2019.
It is owned by SAIC motor corporation limited. The automatic 2.0-litre 16V Multijet II engine is powered up to 1956 cc and will generate power of 170bhp@3750rpm.
The petrol engine will be a 1.5-litre turbocharged unit. It’s valve configuration conclude DOCH and fuel supply system CRDI inbuilt. It ex-showroom price starts from Rs. 17 lakh.
The latest MG Hector contains features like auto-dimming IRVM and a panoramic sunroof. It will be the first vehicle in its segment to get internet-based connectivity options.
Talking about the front, the LED DRLs and projector headlamps positioned below the front grille are easily identifiable.
MG Motor will offer a 7-seat version of the Hector in India. It seems that it with will rival Tata Harrier, Jeep Compass and other SUV’s.
