It is based on the Ssangyong Tivoli. It will come up with Morazzo’s 1.5-litre diesel engine, albeit with a lower tune.
A new 1.2-litre petrol engine is also expected to be a part of the lineup. This will be the same petrol engine which the company intends to supply to Ford.
The Mahindra S201 will be available with both petrol and diesel engines. The interior will be made up of leather upholstery, leather-wrapped steering wheel, a dual-tone dashboard, dual-tone steering wheel, various storage spaces on the dashboard and bottle holders on the front doors.
It is also said that a test mule of the sub-compact SUV was also captured with a sunroof, hinting that the production version might get the same.
