Audi has launched special version of the A6 and Q7. Called the Design Edition, they have been priced at Rs. 56.78 lakhs and Rs. 81.99 lakhs. Both the models get cosmetic updates as well as a few added features both on the inside and outside. The company has said that the models will be available only in limited numbers.
Audi A6 Design Edition
Audi has introduced a Design Edition for the A6 sedan. The new features include rear seat entertainment package, Audi smartphone interface, door puddle projection lamps with the Audi logo, both in the front and back side.
During the launch of the A6 Design Edition, Rahil Ansari, head Audi India said, “The Audi A6 has been one of our most popular sedans not only in India but globally. As we are celebrating 10 years of successful journey of Audi in India, we are launching the Audi A6 Design Edition to celebrate the increasing demand and success of the Audi A6. With the Audi A6 Design Edition, we want to reach out to India’s smart luxury car buyers who are looking at an exclusive purchase.”
Audi Q7 Design Edition
This is a Design Edition of the biggest SUV that Audi makes. The new features on this vehicle include smoked tail lamps, Audi smartphone interface, running boards, exhaust trim in gloss black and door puddle projection lamps with the logo of the Audi in front and Quattro logo at the back. This Design Edition is powered by the 45 TDI spec 3.0-litre diesel motor producing 249bhp/600Nm with power going to all four wheels via a seven-speed AT and Quattro AWD system.
